AIRCRAFT MANAGEMENT

OVERVIEW

Private jet ownership is an investment in personal freedom. Advanced Air recognizes this investment and has transformed boutique aircraft management into a Family Office approach for your airplane offering three principle Aircraft Management services.

The key to easy aircraft ownership is finding the right management company partnership. Providing assurances that your aircraft is being managed professionally and efficiently, our expert knowledge and resources become your greatest asset. Our philosophy at Advanced Air is to treat each aircraft as an individual business and tailor operations, sales, and marketing to maximize revenue in ways that best suit our owners.

ABOUT US

Advanced Air, LLC is an innovative, service-oriented aviation company headquartered in Hawthorne, California, approximately three miles from LAX. We were founded in 2005 by our President, Levi Stockton, as an FAA-approved Part 135 On-Demand Air Carrier focused on superlative aircraft management services and on-demand charter. Advanced Air has over 80 employees and 15 aircraft operated in both scheduled and on-demand service. Our adherence to our core values of safety, security, customer service, teamwork, and reliability drives our successful growth. We are in this business for the long run and take a disciplined, thoughtful approach to growth opportunities. We value enduring customer relationships built on mutually beneficial outcomes.

SALES & MARKETING

A simple product in a complicated market. Our dedicated team of charter sales representatives are expert consultants that evaluate the individual needs of each charter customer and tailor a solution to match them to the most appropriate aircraft to meet those needs. Advanced Air, LLC’s reputation for superior service, safety and reliability makes us the first choice for the region’s largest business aircraft users. Our Family Office-style management each aircraft treats like a “mini business”, creating a marketing strategy to fit the owner’s revenue requirements. In addition to traditional marketing techniques, Advanced Air, LLC is in a position to offer a strategy of unique, non-traditional revenue outlets. From government-subsidized Essential Air Service routes, App-based travel agents and our FBO Jet Center Los Angeles, your aircraft will be promoted to additional markets that the competition cannot touch.

TECHNOLOGY

To keep your corporate aircraft financial records easy to use and understand, Advanced Air, LLC has made a significant investment in developing our proprietary AvTracker Aircraft Owner Portal. This app allows you to quickly view a snapshot of the current financial status of your airplane or to delve deeply into the details to understand every associated dollar earned or spent.

MAINTENANCE

ShapeKeeping your aircraft in perfect operating condition is always a top priority. Each crew member completes our company-specific standards form to identify, report and troubleshoot all operational and mechanical anomalies. Our Director of Maintenance oversees and ensures our team of mechanics, pilots and schedulers operate under the most stringent maintenance standards required in aviation. Our team of professionals manages maintenance compliance via electronic CAMP reports that track, plan and manage all maintenance events. Our maintenance department is also responsible for maintaining your aircraft airworthiness authority by working closely with the FAA.

SAFETY

Safety, above all, has always been an Advanced Air priority. Less than 4% of all operators worldwide meet the safety standards maintained by Advanced Air. With a flawless safety record – no accidents, incidents or FAA violations – Advanced Air continues to be a leader in the competitive charter industry.

Over the last five years, Advanced Air has invested significant resources toward creating a robust safety management system to cover every aspect of the operation, from preflight to emergency response. We have several reporting systems that allow Pilots, Line Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Customer Service Representatives, and Management to report anything from an inferior hotel on a crew overnight to ground support equipment failure or an aircraft gear malfunction. For Pilots and Maintenance Technicians, we are associated with an FAA-supported Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP). ASAP aims to detect problems and safety hazards in flight operations before those problems could result in an accident. ASAP has been approved for Part 121 airline operators for some time but was just recently approved to be used by Part 91 and 135 operators in general aviation.
